As with the original OptiShot, this product will not provide you with data on a Trackman level as it does not measure the ball, only the club. However, it does cover all the most important swing data that you can think of, such as club-head speed, shot-shape, swing-path reading, face impact angle, swing tempo, face area contact, and distance. With this information, you will be able to focus entirely on improving your swing.
3) You should choose the SkyTrak Retractable Golf Simulator if you want your room to have multiple functions. This package has a retractable screen, allowing you to return your room back to normal when not in use making it an excellent garage golf simulator. The included HomeCourse Retractable screen can mount to your wall or ceiling and when paired with a portable golf mat like the Real Feel Country Club Elite, you will still be able to pull your car into your garage when not in use. The SkyTrak Retractable normally starts at $6,099 but is on sale now for $5,499 ($600 Off).
3) You should choose the GCQuad SwingBay Golf Simulator for the highest performance indoor launch monitor in the game, recommended for and used by professionals. Some will argue for Trackman, but GCQuad by Foresight Sports has proven to match or beat Trackman Golf Simulators as an indoor golf simulator. When you pair the FSX Software, ClubHead Analysis, and Putting Analysis to your GCQuad with the Rain or Shine Golf SwingBay and a 1080p HD Projector, you will be running at well under $30,000 leaving enough room for custom wall paneling, an HDTV, etc. to round out your dream golf simulator room.
My 9 year old daughter has been playing Golf since she was 3 years old and spends most of her time in the Golf course or the range. Last year I splurged and had a Putting, chipping green and also a Bunker installed in our back yard. That allowed us to spend more time at home and also decreased our practice time in half. I said to her the only thing missing is a Virtual Golf course.
Here is a golf simulator that includes a unique feature which involves a tethered regulation golf ball and optical signal processing technology. This will provide you with un-matched realism. The tethered ball is a brilliant addition that was designed to recreate the impact physics of a golf ball. Moreover, by using a convenient tether (spinning the ball) together with an accurately adjusted pivot, the golf ball will be able to replicate the same forces to the club you are using as a real golf ball. That way, you will experience authentic sound, performance, and feel using your own clubs, from driving to putting.

The Tittle X Golf Simulator provides you with the comfort to practice whenever and wherever. It does a decent job at compressing thousands of dollars’ worth of experience into a 7.9-gram device. The E6-edition software provides authentic representations of golf courses, as well as realistic simulations of how the ball would travel based on your swing. With the swing stick and the safety stick, you do not have to worry about the risks of swinging a club indoors, either. The only drawback here is perhaps the system requirements of the software. Because it generates 3D graphics in real time, it requires you to not only have s system with 1GB RAM from a dedicated graphics card, but also 25 GB of free disk space.

I am beginner golfer, only playing 3 months. i got this to save on going to the driving range constantly. I have only used it twice. I can say it is not only is it fun to be able to go out an hit anytime I want, i have probably saved over $60 in driving fees. 2 more times and the net will have paid for itself. The net and mat combo is great for beginners like me. I can hit until I drop. They are both well made, and heavier constructed that I thought. It is well worth the cost to get something that is life time warrantied. Don't' save money on the cheaper ones. Get this. You won't regret it
The elaborateness of your simulator setup will vary based how much room is available and how often you’ll be using the golf simulator.  If you have space set aside in a garage you can actually build a 10ft x 15ft x 10ft wood frame and cover it with mesh netting.  In that amount of space you can then set a computer table to the side, construct a rack for clubs, and cover the floor with a turf mat for a realistic garage 18.  Framing your simulator out in this manner may push your budget over $2000 but if you’re handy with a screw gun you can probably knock the job out yourself in an afternoon.
It does not end there, because, in order to give an extra edge, it employs the smart coach feature which offers personalized training. Drawing wisdom from data collected from professionals and coaches across the world, the smart coach feature will allow you to identify the most important areas of your training and help in finding the quickest way to improve upon them. If you want to revisit your previous shots, there are provisions for that as well.
The Tittle X Golf Simulator air flow pack comes with the Title X swing analyzer device, a swing stick, a safety stick, and 12 TruGolf E6 fantasy courses, powered by the TruGolf E6 software that is installed on your computer, supported by your smartphone or smart device via Bluetooth. To use it you simply have to mount your Title X device on to your swing stick or your golf club and pair it with the E6 software on your computer. Meanwhile, the Title X sensor will allow the software to show you how it would look in real life by sharing the precise information of your swing with the software. The product is sized specifically to suit indoor environments and provides you with the freedom to practice your swings regardless of the weather conditions outside.
3) You should choose the OptiShot 2 Practice Package if you just want to get started with golf simulation. While OptiShot 2 is not as accurate as SkyTrak and doesn’t provide as much realism, some people just want to swing a club and get some feedback on their shots. This package includes the OptiShot 2, The Net Return Home Series Net, and Pro Turf Golf Mat and is a cheap golf simulator priced at $1,199.

Overall, this simulator works great, won’t break your bank, and would be a great gift for any golfer. Compared to other simulators, this one has an appealing price tag, so it should be within budget for anyone who loves the great game of golf. Of course, this unit will not replace a whole driving range or a real golf experience, but it does what it says on the package and will be a nice addition to your golf accessories.
