Depending on if you were able to find some good deals on the screen and projector you may have some budget left over to really turn your space into a golf simulator heaven.  For example, if you’ve built a wooden frame for the simulator you might want to cover the boards with a foam covering because shanks hit into the wood and can be unpredictable.
If there is a problem, we provide 24/7 Support. One call and you’re directly connected to the engineers and technicians who designed, built and installed your system. 3) You should choose the GCQuad SwingBay Golf Simulator for the highest performance indoor launch monitor in the game, recommended for and used by professionals. Some will argue for Trackman, but GCQuad by Foresight Sports has proven to match or beat Trackman Golf Simulators as an indoor golf simulator. When you pair the FSX Software, ClubHead Analysis, and Putting Analysis to your GCQuad with the Rain or Shine Golf SwingBay and a 1080p HD Projector, you will be running at well under $30,000 leaving enough room for custom wall paneling, an HDTV, etc. to round out your dream golf simulator room.
I have the trainer for about 2 weeks now. I have been using it in my backyard a couple times a day. I am 60 years old in great shape but I've lost a lot of flexabilty; the Gold Flex really helps with this and has increased my range of motion on the back swing. I also live near a driving range and go there about 3 times a week. The first few times I went there after using Gold Flex I was a bit frustrated; I had some improvement, a little more distance and better follow through, but nothing major. Then yesterday at the range I took my driver, setup, relaxed and specifically tried to emulate that backswing I used with the Gold Flex. I connected, and holy smokes, the ball went sailing about 270 yards, and I was only hitting 230 yards when I conneced before. I teed ... full review
You can now purchase launch monitors from Foresight, Trackman, and Flightscope. Additionally, there are more premium packages from high-end home golf simulator companies like Full Swing Golf, SwingTrack and TRU GOLF. At these levels, you can expect to get much more accuracy concerning ball flight as well as your swing information. Additionally, the simulation software becomes much more robust.
We strongly suggest staying away from the very inexpensive (under $100) or “mini” projectors that seem to be popping up everywhere.  The reason for this being that most cheap projectors lack the brightness (measured in lumens) needed to display a good picture in anything brighter than complete darkness.  Remember, the brighter you want your simulator bay the stronger you need your projector to be.  After all, no one wants to swing in the dark!
Overall, this simulator works great, won’t break your bank, and would be a great gift for any golfer. Compared to other simulators, this one has an appealing price tag, so it should be within budget for anyone who loves the great game of golf. Of course, this unit will not replace a whole driving range or a real golf experience, but it does what it says on the package and will be a nice addition to your golf accessories.
